The two become One

Our trip out east felt like it flew by. We made bouquets and filled favor bags and ran to the mall for last minute suit options and when it was all said and done, these two were married.

“God made them male and female’ from the beginning of creation. ‘This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.’ Since they are no longer two but one, let no one split apart what God has joined together.” Mark 10: 6-9

My two both bravely did their part and walked down the isle.

I bravely wore orange.

I loved Carmen’s vows in which she concluded by saying, “The end. I mean, the beginning.”

Carmen was a beautiful, beautiful bride and our pictures hardly do her justice. We know they love each other and even more important, we know they love Jesus. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for them together as a married couple.

We had a fun time as a family celebrating it all.

We are treasuring these moments with our little ones, realizing how all too quickly this phase of life is passing.
